The Campbell University women’s tennis team fell 4-0 to second seeded Charleston Southern in the Big South Championship quarterfinals Thursday afternoon. All-conference selection Karolina Chernaya finished the season at 12-7 in singles play for the Camels (11-9, 2-8).

Tamara Stanic has been selected as this week's Big South Conference Crons Brand Women’s Tennis Freshman of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday. The Budva, Montenegro native finished the regular season at 11-7 in singles play, and 10-6 in doubles play.

The Campbell University Women’s Tennis team won its regular season finale 5-2 Friday afternoon over Charlotte. Natasha Afridi clinched the match for Camels (11-7, 2-6), while senior Anais Gomar won her last home match in the orange and black.
