Campbell moves up to sixth place after 36 holes of UNCG Starmount Fall Classic

UNCG Starmount Fall Classic Live Scoring

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Michelle Koh and Brooke Bellomy shot second-round 74s and Campbell moved to up sixth place on the team leader board after Monday's second round of the UNCG Starmount Fall Classic.

The 54-hole tournament concludes Tuesday at the par-71, 6265-yard Starmount Forest Country Club.  Live scoring is available on-line at

East Tennessee State (304-302—606) tops the 14-school field by five strokes over first-round leader Maryland (303-308—611).  Host UNC Greensboro (304-308—612) and Furman (306-306—612) are tied for third place, followed by Georgia State (307-306—613), Campbell (313-305—618) and James Madison (311-311—622).

Charlotte Lorentzen of Georgia State became the first golfer in the 75-player field to break par Monday with a two-under 69 and took over the individual lead at plus-two 144 (75-69).  Fanny Cnops of UNCG (72-74—146) and first-round leader Alexa Rancourt of Furman (71-75—146) are tied for second entering Tuesday's final round.

Bellomy (77-74—151) is tied for eighth place.  The freshman from Ona, W.Va., made par on her final six holes Tuesday and finished her round with 11 pars and two birdies.

Koh, a senior from Kuantan, Malaysia, moved 20 spots up the leader board into a tie for 16th place at 12-over 154 (80-74).  Her second round included an eagle on the par-four 13th hole and was capped by a birdie on the par-five 18th.

Campbell junior Teresa Urquizu moved up to a tie for 24th place (79-77—156), one stroke ahead of freshman Lisbeth Brooks (77-80—157), who is tied for 29th.  Johanne Svendsen is tied for 66th (88-83—171).  Playing as an individual, sophomore Maria Jose Benavides moved up to 44th place (83-78—161).
