Campbell Tied For 12th After First Day of Shoot-out at the Legends
FRANKLIN, IND. Campbell University fired rounds of
303 and 305 and stood in a three-way tie for 12th place
after the first day of competition in the Shoot-out at the Legends
intercollegiate women's golf tournament on Monday.
Senior Jayme Kolinski carded rounds of 74 and 76 to lead the
Lady Camels in the 19-team event. Kolinski stands in a tie for
21st place heading into Tuesday's final round on the
par-72, 6076-yard layout.
Wisconsin recorded back-to-back 289 rounds to lead the field
at 578, six strokes in front of Michigan (584) and seven better
than Kent State (585). Kent State's Martina Gillen
(71-69140) holds a one-stroke lead over Emily Hendricks from
Wisconsin (71-70141) after two rounds.
