Swimming Has Nine Earn CCSA All-Academic Honors
The Campbell University swimming team had nine student-athletes selected to the Coastal Collegiate Swimming Association's All-Academic Team, the league office announced recently.

Swimming Finishes In Sixth At CCSA Championships; Kedracka And Kenline Set School Records
Campbell's swim team completed the 2010 CCSA Championships in sixth place in Knoxville, Tenn. on Saturday, Feb. 20. The Camels, who had placed seventh in each of the last two seasons, accumulated 219.5 points throughout the competition. CU's Magda Kedracka and Jackie Kenline both broke the school records in events during the final day.

Swimming Breaks Four More School Records On Second Day Of CCSA Conference Championships
Campbell's swim team had another strong day on the second day at the CCSA Conference Championships in Knoxville, Tenn. on Friday, Feb. 19. The Camels broke four more school records and completed the second day in sixth place with 153.5 points.

Swimming Sets Two School Relay Records On First Day of CCSA Conference Championships
Campbell's swim team had a competitive first day at the CCSA Conference Championships in Knoxville, Tenn. on Thursday, Feb. 18. The Camels broke two school relay records and completed the first day in sixth place with 72 points.

Swimming Competes At CCSA Conference Championships This Week
Campbell's swim team heads to Knoxville, Tenn. to compete in the CCSA Conference Championships this week. The three-day meet will begin on Thursday, Feb. 18 and goes through Saturday, Feb. 20 on the campus on the University of Tennessee. The Camels have finished in seventh at the championships in each of the last two seasons and are looking to improve on those team marks this season. The competition is set to start at 9 a.m. every day with qualifying heats early in the day and championship matchups in the evening.

Swimming Falls To UNCW; Umberger Sets School Record
Campbell's swimming team (7-13, 6-6 CCSA) visited and fell to UNC Wilmington on Saturday, Feb. 6 by a 114-83 margin. The Camels were able to total 17 top three finishes including three event wins on the afternoon.

Swimming Splits Dual Meet At Davidson; Kedracka sets school record
Campbell's swimming team (7-12, 6-6 CCSA) followed up the team's victory over North Carolina A&T on Friday with a steady performance on Saturday afternoon at the CCSA Dualapalooza on the campus of Davidson on Saturday, Jan. 23 at the Cannon Natatorium. The Camels were able to defeat North Carolina A&T (193-53) and Radford (171-102), but fell to Davidson College (83-192) and Georgia Southern (71-215)

Swimming Defeats North Carolina A&T, 155-36
Campbell's swimming team (5-10, 4-4 CCSA) had a strong start to the second half of the season with a 155-36 victory over North Carolina A&T on Friday afternoon at the Johnson Natatorium. The Camels were able to win all 11 events on the afternoon and had a total of 25 top three finishes.

Swimming Hosts Home Meet Against North Carolina A&T This Week
Campbell's swim team (4-10), after neatly two month break away from the pool for the final exams and the holidays, returns to action and hosts North Carolina A&T this week at the Johnson Natatorium on Jan. 22 at 4 p.m. The day will serve as Senior Day for Campbell's three seniors: Mary Beth Dellinger, Kara Gerdeman and Jackie Kenline.

Senior Jackie Kenline continued her strong meet for Campbell (4-10) on the second day of the Highlander Invitational on Friday, Nov. 20 in Radford, Va. at the Dedmond Center. Campbell heads into the final day firmly planted in second place in the meet with 514 total points.

Campbell's swim team (3-7) was downed by both N.C. State and Richmond in the team's dual meet in Raleigh, N.C. on Saturday, Oct. 31. The Camels fell to N.C. State by a 217-60 margin. The team lost to Richmond 201.5 to 56.5.

The Campbell swim team (3-5) fell in its quad-meet at East Carolina on Saturday, Oct. 24 in Greenville, N.C. In the only portion that a score was available CU fell to East Carolina by 208-64 margin. Other teams at the meet were Towson and Marshall.

Campbell's swim team (3-2) won five of the 13 events in its dual meet against College of Charleston and North Carolina A&T on Friday, Oct. 23, in North Charleston, S.C. The Camels were defeated by College of Charleston 132-101, but defeated North Carolina A&T 157-29.

Campbell's swim team (2-1) has a busy week of action on the schedule this week and are competing on both Friday and Saturday. The Camels start the week with a dual meet against North Carolina A&T and College of Charleston on Oct. 23 at 2 p.m. at the Stern Center. CU will then travel to Greenville, N.C. to take on Marshall, Towson and East Carolina in a quad-meet on Oct. 24 at 1 p.m. at the Minges Aquatic Center.

Campbell's swim team (2-1) won five events in its dual meet against Gardner-Webb and Florida A&M on Saturday, Oct. 17 in Boiling Springs, N.C. The Camels fell to the Gardner-Webb 117-87. CU defeated FAMU 166-21. Freshman Magda Kedracka broke the school record in the 200-butterfly (2:12.34) for CU.
