PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA. – Campbell University finished second in the team standings, led by Andrew Gai's 3rd-place individual showing following Sunday's final round of The Philadelphia Big 5 Invitational at Plymouth Country Club.

The Camels turned in their third-straight top-5 finish to open the season following at win at the Golfweek Program Challenge (Sept. 11-13) and a fourth-place effort at the Wolfpack Invitational (Oct. 3-4).

Gai shot 71-70—141 on the par-70, 6600-yard Plymouth CC layout and earned his second top-3 showing in 3 collegiate tournaments. The freshman from Westport, Conn., finished second at the Golfweek Program Challenge in his first college event.

On Sunday, Gai had three birdies on a course that yielded only two finishers in red numbers in a 114-golfer field.
