Campbell (277-278—555) and Jacksonville State (276-279—555) own a two-shot edge over South Florida (278-279—557) in the 12-school field.  The Camels' 555 score is the second-lowest 36-hole total in school history, bettered only by the 550 the team shot in the first two rounds of the 2009 Xavier/Renaissance Invitational.

A freshman from Westport, Conn., Gai's second round included seven birdies, running his 36-hole total to 16.  He played holes nine through 16 at five-under-par.  One day after tying the school record for lowest round, Gai matched the school's second-best mark through 36 holes at 133 strokes, two shots off the record 131 set by Kyle Spahr in Sept. 2006.

Gray recorded five birdies on Monday and is tied for 7th place at four-under 140 (71-69).  The senior from Florence, S.C., has produced nine birdies through 36 holes.

Guillaume, a senior from Papeete, Tahiti, had seven birdies on Monday to move into a tie for 15th place at minus-three 141 (73-68).  Freshman Grant Houser is tied for 26th place at one-over 145 (69-76), while sophomore Amanjyot Singh is tied for 51st (76-72—148) following an even-par second round.

East Carolina (281-280—561) is fourth in the team standings, followed by UNC Wilmington (288-279—567).
