Football To Hold Program’s First Camel Youth Day

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell's football program announced it will hold the program's first Camel Youth Day on Saturday, March 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Campbell Football Fieldhouse and Barker-Lane Stadium/Ed Gore Field. The Youth Day will be a free event for elementary school students from 1st – 5th grade.

Among the planned activities at the free clinic are designated games, a tour of the facility, introduction to current members of the football program, autographs from current Campbell players and the chance to stretch and run through position drills on the field. The will provide pizza and drinks in the team room and also give those in attendance the opportunity to watch the team's pre-game warm-up from the sidelines. The youths and their families also invited to stick around and watch the day's 1 p.m. spring scrimmage from the stands.

The clinic will be the first of several events that Campbell's football program hosts this spring. The team will host its fourth annual women's clinic on March 31 from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., the annual golf outing on April 20 at Keith Hills Country Club and Orange-White Scrimmage on April 21 at noon at Barker-Lane Stadium/Ed Gore Field. More details about each of the events will be available later in the spring.
