High Point, N.C. – The winner's bracket game between Campbell and Liberty will take place Thursday morning at 11 a.m. at High Point's Williard Stadium. The winner will advance to Friday play while the loser will face High Point Thursday evening at 7 p.m.

Campbell defeated High Point earlier Wednesday morning after the first round game was suspended after the second inning on Tuesday night because of rain. Nick Ray was 4-for-4 with four RBI while David Olson finished 2-for-3 with four runs scored to lead the CU offense. Michael Felton picked up his 101st base hit to break the Big South single season hits record. Frank Zier picked up the win for the Camels, tossing all seven innings on Wednesday and allowing just four hits and two runs.

Liberty advanced in the bracket with a 9-2 win over UNC Asheville on Tuesday evening. The Flames (39-18) took two of three games from Campbell (41-16) earlier this season in Lynchburg, Va. The Fighting Camels finished one game ahead of Liberty in the final conference standings.
