Baseball postpones game with NC Central

BUIES CREEK – Wednesday's scheduled game with NC Central has been postponed until Thursday at 4 p.m. due to forecasted rain expected in the Buies Creek area this evening.

Campbell and NC Central have met three times this season already, with the Camels sweeping a doubleheader on March 2 and then taking a 20-0 road win at Durham Athletic Park on April 11. CU leads the all-time series 14-0 over the Eagles.

The Fighting Camels have won two straight games after taking Sunday's series finale at Coastal Carolina and then winning a 9-4 game at Wofford on Tuesday to complete a ten-game road trip. CU is 35-14 overall and has set a new program mark for most wins in a single season.
