Summer 2008: Won the United States Amateur Championship sectional qualifier (July 23-24) at Keith Hills Country Club No. 1... Shot a nine-under-par 135 (69-66) on the par-72, 6703-yard Keith Hills layout to earn a berth as one of 312 players to qualify for the 2008 U.S. Amateur Championship, Aug. 18-24 at Pinehurst No. 2 and No. 4. 

2007-08:  Earned second-team all-conference, A-Sun all-freshman team, A-Sun all-tournament team and A-Sun All-Academic Team recognition... Recorded the second-best stroke average among league freshmen (72.85) and eighth-lowest among all A-Sun golfers... Placed among the top-20 individuals six times in 10 outings... Finished sixth at Campbell’s Lonnie D. Small Spring Classic (72-72—144)... Tied for fifth at the Palisades Collegiate Classic (73-68-72—213)... Wrapped up his first college campaign with a fourth-place showing and all-tournament honors at the A-Sun Championship (72-73-69—214).. Shot the team’s low round of the year (66) on Oct. 2 at the Xavier Invitational, where the Camels set a school 54-hole record of 843 strokes (278-287-278) en route to a runner-up finish...
