Event/Distances:

Men
The men's race will be a 4000m race scored in the traditional format of the top five runners determining the team score with the sixth and seventh runner being the pushers.

We will score the meet as a duel meet between each individual school so you have the option to count this meet as more then one competition.

Women
The Women will race in teams of two each running a 1200m loop four times each for a total of 4800m each. The anchor runner will be the only one who will wear a race number.

The scoring will come from each school top three teams with the total fastest time. We will score this meet as a duel meet between each individual school so you have the option to count this meet as more then one competition.

Starting Times:
Men: 5:30PM
Women: 6:15PM

Athletic Trainers will be available at the finish. Bathroom and shower facilities are available at NJ Natatorium/Pool but you must provide your own towels.

Official Meet results will be distributed to coaches at the conclusion of the meet.
