Shipping of Tickets

Season tickets will be sent via U.S. Postal Service no later than one week prior to the first home game.

E-tickets are available online to purchase and print from home. Hard ticket orders online will be held at Will Call for pickup prior to the game.
Refunds / Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once tickets have left the ticket office. Lost or stolen items are not replaceable. Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket for Campbell University Athletic events.
Re-Admittance
There is no re-admittance to Campbell University Athletic venues except for medical or other emergency situations.
Prohibited Items
Containers, including but not limited to coolers, ice chests, canned or bottled goods are prohibited. Umbrellas, strollers, noisemakers and displays of signs or banners are also prohibited along with the throwing of objects onto the playing area. Smoking is not permitted.
Group Tickets
Any groups that wish to receive reduced price to any ticketed athletic event must go through the Campbell University Marketing Department. No groups will be accepted unless they come with prior approval from the Marketing Department.

Campbell University Post-Season Ticket Distribution
Guidelines to purchase tickets to post-season games or tournaments not hosted by Campbell University will be established by the Athletic Department in conjunction with the Fighting Camel Club for each post-season event in an effort to distribute tickets to as broad a number of fans as possible. Post season distribution will be based on the Fighting Camel Club Priority Point System at the discretion of the Athletic Department.
NCHSAA Coach's Pass
Campbell University supports High School Athletics and is pleased to honor current and lifetime NCHSAA Coaches for all home athletic contests. The pass will admit the pass holder and one (1) guest. There are a limited number of Coach's Pass tickets available for each home game and will be distributed on a first-come basis. No advance order will be taken for these complimentary tickets. To obtain your ticket(s) for a home game please present your current NCHSAA Coach's Pass at the Will Call window at the Ticket Booth.
